  • Badge size (1-up) — one badge per page, with the page size matching the badge size

  • Custom N-up — choose 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 badges per page for custom dimensions

Choose A Sheet Format

  1. Open your badge design in ClearEvent Badge Maker.

  2. Click Print Badges in the top toolbar.

  3. In the Print Badges window, open Sheet Format.

  4. Select the format that matches your badge stock. Confirm the Avery or Uline model number shown under the format name.

  5. If no named format matches your badge size, choose Custom N-up or Letter 1-up / Badge size (1-up) as needed. This will allow you to print on a standard Letter paper size.

  6. Review the layout details shown in the sidebar, including badges per page, page size, badge size, margins, and gaps.

  7. Click Generate PDF, review the preview, and print a test page before your full badge run.

📝NOTES:

  • The print dialog shows only sheet formats compatible with your current badge template size.

  • Cut / Crop Marks are disabled for pre-cut or pre-perforated stock such as Avery adhesive badges and ULINE insert cards.

  • For ULINE S-6745 folded cards, select both Front and Back sides when printing. The back may be rotated for folded alignment. When both sides are included, you can switch the PDF preview to Assembled Proof to review front/back orientation.

💡TIPS:

  • Print a single test page first to confirm alignment before printing your full badge run.
