To access the ClearEvent Badge Maker, visit badge.clearevent.com to design event badges in your browser using templates, text, shapes, images, QR codes, and registrant data from a CSV file.
When To Use This
Use this article when you want to create a new badge design or customize an existing template before printing badges.
Before You Begin
Prepare any logos or images you want to add to your badge. If you plan to create badges for multiple registrants, prepare a CSV file with one row per registrant.
💡NOTES: The ClearEvent Badge Maker app is free to use and does not require sign-up.
Steps
Go to badge.clearevent.com and open the ClearEvent Badge Maker.
Click Start Designing For Free to open the Badge Maker app, or Start From A Template.
In the Badge Maker in the left panel, update the default Badge Name if needed.
Use the Front and Back buttons in the top toolbar to switch between badge sides.
Use the Tools panel to add badge elements: Text, Shape, Image, or QR Code.
Select an element on the badge canvas to move, resize, rotate, or update its properties.
Use File > Save to save your badge design file.
Use File > New to start from a saved empty badge template.
Use File > Open later to continue editing a saved badge design.
NOTES: Not all badge templates support back printing. If you use the Back side, confirm that your printer, badge stock, and print workflow support it.

💡TIPS: Use Undo, Redo, zoom controls, and alignment tools while editing to fine-tune your layout.
