Use the Print Badges window in ClearEvent Badge Maker to generate a PDF for one badge or all imported registrants.
When To Use This
Use this article when your badge design is ready and you want to create a printable PDF.
Before You Begin
If you are printing personalized badges, import your CSV file and preview several records before generating the PDF.
Steps
Open your badge design in ClearEvent Badge Maker.
Click Preview to review how the badge looks with registrant data.
Optionally, use the Search box to filter the PDFs before you click the Print Badges button
Click Print Badges in the top toolbar.
In the Print Badges window, choose a Sheet Format. If using an Avery template, be sure that the Avery Template # matches.
If using Custom N-up, choose the number of Badges Per Page.
Choose which Sides to include. Select Front to print the front side. Select Back only if your badge stock and printer workflow support back printing.
Choose whether to include Cut / Crop Marks.
Click Generate PDF.
Review the PDF preview.
Click Download to save the PDF.
Print the downloaded PDF using your printer's normal print settings.
NOTES: If you use search while previewing registrants, All generates badges for matching search results only. Clear the search to generate all records.
