Assigning Registrants To A Job

To access details for a job, go to the Event Manager App > Jobs section > edit a job and click on the Assignments tab. You'll then be able to assign available registrants to the selected job.

In the Event Manager App > Jobs section, edit a Job and select the Assignments tab.

  1. The Job start and end date shows when the Job will occur and remains visible when the Assignments tab is selected.

  2. The assignment grid heading summarizes your Job assignment progress. It shows the number of assigned registrants and your progress toward the Target (if specified) and Capacity (if specified). Colors indicate your progress:

    1. Red: Well below the Target or over Capacity.

    2. Yellow: At least halfway to the Target, or halfway to Capacity if no Target is specified.

    3. Green: The Job is fully staffed.

  3. The Available Registrants grid displays registrants who can be assigned to the Job. Use the checkboxes to select one or more registrants.

  4. The Registrant Availability tooltip shows a registrant's current Job assignments and the Availability Periods they selected when registering. Please note that the Availability Period name shown in this tooltip reflects its name at the time the registration was received. If you rename an Availability Period after registrations have been received, the new name applies only to new registrants.

  5. Use the Availability column with the Registrant Availability tooltip to quickly determine whether a registrant is available and identify any conflicting Job assignments.

  6. After selecting one or more registrants, click Assign Selected to assign them to the Job.

💡TIP: Un-selecting the Use Availability checkbox will show all registrants regardless of the Availability Period they selected when they registered.
