Upgrading your current ClearEvent subscription plan can save you money as well as allow you to run additional events using the ClearEvent platform. Upgrading to a new plan is simple.
Before you start, you must be signed in as an Event Owner to upgrade your plan.
To upgrade your subscription plan:
Go to the Event Manager App > Event Setup section > Billing tab. The Billing tab will show the currently selected plan.
To upgrade to a multi-event plan and run many events, choose a plan that allows you to add the number of events you wish to run and click the Chat with us to upgrade button to request an upgrade. All multi-event plans are invoiced annually on a recurring basis.
