Learn how to upgrade your subscription plan and run more events.

Upgrading your current ClearEvent subscription plan can save you money as well as allow you to run additional events using the ClearEvent platform. Upgrading to a new plan is simple.

Before you start, you must be signed in as an Event Owner to upgrade your plan.

To upgrade your subscription plan:

  1. Go to the Event Manager App > Event Setup section > Billing tab. The Billing tab will show the currently selected plan and the plans that are available to upgrade to.

    Update your subscription plan to run more events.
  2. Select the number of events you wish to run. The per-event costs to run an event typically decrease as you choose larger subscription plans.

  3. To upgrade to a multi-event plan and run many events, choose a plan that allows you to add the number of events you wish to run and click the Chat with us to upgrade button to request an upgrade. All multi-event plans are invoiced annually on a recurring basis.
