A subscription plan is necessary to plan and run events on the ClearEvent platform and keep your event data. ClearEvent provides plans for both single and multiple events, with the chosen plan determining how many events you can plan and run simultaneously.
Subscription Plans
Access to the ClearEvent platform requires an annual subscription billed in either U.S. Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD). Customers outside the U.S. and Canada may incur additional foreign exchange fees on their credit card statements.
Single Event subscription plans
ClearEvent provides a Single Event subscription plan for event managers who need to run one event at a time, with an annual commitment and a 14-day trial to test the platform.
You may upgrade to a Multi-Event subscription plan at any time during or after your trial should you need to plan and run more than one event.
Multi-Event subscription plans
ClearEvent offers Multi-Event subscription plans, perfect for event planners who run many events at once.
Multi-Event subscription plans are available only with an annual commitment. If you'd like to try ClearEvent before you buy, we suggest you start with a Single Event 14-day trial to ensure ClearEvent will meet your event planning needs.
Any Single Event subscription plan can be upgraded to a Multi-Event subscription plan at any time in the future by contacting our ClearEvent Customer Success team. You can reach us through the Chat button on this page.
Payment processing
Regardless of the subscription plan you choose, both ClearEvent, and our payment processing partner, Stripe (https://stripe.com), will apply additional service fees to process online payments for any paid registrations and ticket sales you process through the ClearEvent platform.
If your event does not sell online tickets or registration, there are NO additional service fees.
