To plan and run a new event using the ClearEvent Event Management Platform, you'll need to first create a new event.
You can use ClearEvent to run a single event or many events.
Creating your first event (new customers)
If you are new to the ClearEvent event management platform, you can visit our Pricing page to review our pricing plans and create your first event.
New customers must start with a 14-day free trial of our Single Event subscription plan. If you need to host more than one event, you can upgrade your plan at the end of the free trial to any of our multi-event plans.
To create your first event:
Click the Start Free Trial button below or visit https://clearevent.com.
βFill in basic details about your event such as your name, email address, event name, organization name, event currency, time zone, and start/end dates.
Click the Next button
We'll send a verification code to your email address, which you will need to enter before you can continue
Enter your Credit Card billing details. Don't worry, we will only charge your card at the end of your 14-day free trial of our Single Event Plan
Lastly, click the Start Free Trial button
Your event will be created, and the Event Manager App will open with your Event Dashboard, where you can further customize and manage your event details. You can access a list of your events at any time via the "My Events" link in the left navigation bar.
Upgrading to a Multi-Event plan
To manage multiple events simultaneously, upgrade from the Single Event plan to a Multi-Event plan, which is billed annually. For details on multi-event plans, visit our Pricing page.
To upgrade your Single Event plan:
In the Event Manager App, go to the Event Setup section > Billing tab.
Select a plan matching your needs (e.g., the "Up to 5 Events" plan for four events).
Click the "Chat with us!" button to initiate the upgrade.
A friendly event expert from our Customer Success Team will assist you with the upgrade process.
Adding additional events:

If you have purchased a Multi-Event annual subscription plan (e.g. "Up to 5 Events Plan") from ClearEvent, please review the following article which describes how to create a new event using an assigned event license key:

Make a copy of an existing event
Multi-Event subscription plan customers can quickly create new events by copying from an existing event in your organization.
To create a new event from an existing event:
Go to app.clearevent.com and sign in as an Event Owner of the event you wish to copy.
Click the dropdown menu (top-right) and click on Manage Organizations.
From the Manage Organizations page, click on your organization in the list, and then select the Licenses tab.
Locate an available license, and then click the "+ Create Event" link.
From the Create a new event page, choose the event you wish to copy from using the Copy From dropdown list.
Enter the remaining event details as described above and click the NEXT button.
Review the event summary and then click the CREATE EVENT to finish and create your new event. Your new event will be created using data from the event you selected in the Copy From setting.
NOTE: If your new event will use a different currency than the event you are copying from, be sure that the Stripe account you have connected supports accepting funds in new currency, otherwise Stripe may charge exchange rate fees.
