Your Free Trial lets you explore ClearEvent and set up your event before launching. To help protect events from spam and misuse, some functions are limited until you activate a paid subscription.
Registration limits
Up to 10 registrations per day
Up to 30 registrations in total during your trial
Ticket-order limits
Up to 10 ticket orders per day
Up to 30 ticket orders in total during your trial
The 30-ticket-order total limit will be introduced soon.
Other trial restrictions
During your trial:
Invite emails can be sent only to your own email address.
Importing registrants is unavailable.
reCAPTCHA stays enabled on registration forms and cannot be turned off.
Live payment processing cannot be enabled.
You must wait at least 7 days after creating the event before ending the Free Trial and starting a paid subscription. After this period you can remove these limits and launch your event by ending your trial and starting a paid subscription from your event’s Billing page. To activate before 7 days, contact ClearEvent through chat.
