Export Promo Codes

You can export all promo codes for your event to a CSV file for reporting, auditing, or or for archival purposes. The exported file includes the promo code settings along with redemption statistics such as how many times each code has been used.

How To Export Promo Codes

  1. In the Event Manager App, navigate to Promo Codes section > Promo Codes tab.

  2. Click the Export button in the toolbar.

  3. A CSV file containing your event's promo codes will download automatically.

You can open the CSV file in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.

Information Included In The Export

The exported file includes the following fields.

Field

Description

PromoCode

The unique promo code value.

Category

The promo code category.

DiscountCode

Internal discount identifier.

DiscountValue

The discount value applied by the promo code.

IsPercent

Indicates whether the discount is a percentage.

HasBeenPublished

Indicates whether the promo code has ever been published.

IsPublished

Indicates whether the promo code is currently published and available for use.

ValidFromDate

The date and time when the promo code becomes active.

ValidToDate

The date and time when the promo code expires.

IsSingleUse

Indicates whether the promo code can only be used once.

Redemptions

The total number of times the promo code has been redeemed for approved registrations and valid ticket orders.

MaxRedemptions

The maximum number of times the promo code can be used.

EnableForProducts

Indicates whether the promo code can be used for product purchases.

Usages

A comma-separated list of Registrant Types and/or Ticket Names where the promo code can be applied.

📝NOTES:

  1. Boolean fields in the export use the following format:

    1. Yes indicates the value is True

    2. Blank indicates the value is False

  2. The Redemptions value only includes usage from approved registrations and valid ticket orders.
