Event Portal: My Orders

View your registration or ticket orders for an event you are attending.

If you have registered for an event, or have purchased tickets for an event, you can view all of your registration & ticket orders for each event by signing in to the Event Portal and visiting the My Orders page. You can also access the My Orders Page directly by clicking here.

NOTE: You will find under the My Orders page Registrations and Tickets for all events where Event Organizers use the ClearEvent platform. Using the Filter can help viewing what you are looking for such as All, Upcoming or Past orders.

From the My Orders page, you can:

  • View all Registrations that you have submitted.

  • Check on the status of your registration (e.g. Pending, Approved, Declined, Canceled).

  • View a Check-in QR code (if available) that can be presented on-site to check in to the event.

  • Resend a Registration confirmation email.

  • View all Ticket orders & tickets you have purchased from all of your events.

  • Print, download and resend ticket orders.

  • See the dates, times, and locations for any Registration or Ticket purchase.

  • For hybrid or virtual events, you can view any virtual event links the event organizer may have published.

To access the My Orders page:

  1. Go to the My Orders page here: My Orders | Event Manager - ClearEvent

  2. If prompted, sign in using your ClearEvent account and password. You must sign in to access the My Orders page. You can click here if you forgot your password.

  3. On desktop devices, click the dropdown menu (top right) and choose the "My Orders" menu item.

  4. On mobile devices, click the "hamburger" dropdown menu (top right) and choose the "My Orders" menu item.

  5. The My Orders page will be displayed (see above) showing a list of all Registration and Ticket orders purchased.

Note: This page will be empty if you have not registered for an event or did not purchase tickets.
