Need help trying to find your registration confirmation email or ticket order email?

When you register for an event or purchase tickets for an event hosted on the ClearEvent platform, you will receive a follow-up email containing your registration confirmation or e-tickets. Sometimes, email clients can mistakenly classify these emails as SPAM email, or promotional emails, redirecting to another folder other than your email's inbox.

What to do if you can't find your confirmation email:

If your registration or ticket order email is not received within 5 minutes, please review the following before contacting ClearEvent support as it's possible one of the following problems could be preventing the delivery:

  • The email address is incorrect. Please confirm the email address used to register or buy tickets is correct. The email you used will be displayed on the confirmation screen when you complete your order. If the email is not correct, update your email address in their ClearEvent Account and ask the Event Organizer to resend your registration confirmation or ticket order email.

  • Check your "SPAM" folder to ensure the email address is not there. If it is, add the sender to your safe senders list so future emails from the event are not also sent to your "SPAM" folder. Event-related emails are always sent on behalf of the Event Organizer from the ClearEvent.com domain, so please sure this domain is added to your safe senders list.

  • Check your "Promotion" folder (gmail) or "Clutter" folder (Outlook) to ensure the email is not there. If it is, move the email back to your primary "Inbox" folder

  • Check that a corporate email filter did not block the email. This may involve asking your IT department to check if the email was quarantined and to allow it through.

  • Ensure that you have not previously reported an email sent from ClearEvent on behalf of the event as Spam. If this happens, you may not receive any subsequent emails from ClearEvent until you remove us from your spam blacklist.

Tip: You can whitelist the domain @clearevent.com to help deliverability of event messages to your inbox.
