Cancelling an event is a step that should be carefully considered first. It is easier to cancel an event early in the planning stages when fewer people are involved and fewer commitments have been made.
 
As the event date approaches, it will be increasingly disruptive to cancel your event and the ramifications for you and your team will likely increase as well.

For now, cancelling your event in ClearEvent is handled manually by ClearEvent Support Staff. 

To submit a request to cancel your event, please contact our Customer Support Team to request in writing that you would like us to help you cancel your event.
