Event Naming Rights

Selling the naming rights to your event can provide some amazing exposure to your major sponsors. Whenever the name of your event appears on your Event Portal, be sure to include your Title Sponsor, and Presenting Sponsor if available.

Title Sponsor

The title sponsor is the highest level of sponsorship for your event. The title sponsor receives exclusive branding rights for your event. This may include rights to include their brand as part of your event name (e.g., "The Acme Co. Inventors Expo"). Title sponsors may have their logo featured prominently in your Event Portal header, and all event materials. Title sponsors may have additional rights to send messages to event attendees. This is a great way to generate exposure for sponsors and generate revenue for your event.

Presenting Sponsor

The presenting sponsor is the second highest level of sponsorship for your event. The presenting sponsor receives exclusive branding rights for your event. This may include event naming rights (e.g. "The Acme Co. Inventor Export presented by Roadrunner Co."). They may also have their logo featured prominently on your event website and all event materials. This is another simple to implement way to generate exposure for sponsors and revenue for your event.

Featured Sponsor Logos

Logo placement is a great way to generate exposure for sponsors. Sponsors can purchase featured sponsor logo placement on your Event Portal in the Sponsor Slider area.

Sponsor a Networking Event

If your event offers networking events, lunches, dinners, or excursions, etc., consider selling sponsorship for these "sub-events". Sponsors or partners could contribute to the cost of hosting the event in exchange for exclusive branding and exposure opportunities at the sub-event they are sponsoring.

Sponsor-Branded Messages

ClearEvent's Message feature can be used to send messages containing sponsor-supplied content, special offers, etc., to event attendees. Monetize your audience by charging sponsors that wish to send special messages to your attendees. Messages can be emailed to your attendees directly, or can be posted directly to your Event Portal > Messages page.

Happy planning!
