Move Categories up and down. First select the category, then use the up/down arrows on the right side of the selected category to move it to where you want it to be. When categories are moved, they take their line items with them, regardless of whether the category is collapsed, or not.

​Move line items up and down, event into to a different category. First select the line item then use the up/down arrows to move the line to where you want it to be.

As you would expect, line items and Categories cannot be moved from Revenue to Expenses or vice versa.
