Ticket Orders are used to track the tickets purchased by a Ticket Buyer. You can manage the status of a Ticket Order, issue refunds, and more.
How to manage Ticket Orders
To review your ticket orders:
Go to the Event Manager App > Tickets section > Ticket Orders tab.
Adjust the filters, sort order, or search for the Ticket Order you wish to manage.
How to view Ticker Order details
To see the details of a specific Ticket Order:
From the Ticket Orders tab, select a specific Ticket Order.
Click the Edit (pencil) button to edit the Ticket Order.
The Ticket Order details view will be displayed:
The Ticket Order details view shows:
All charges and fees related to the Ticket Order.
A ticket download link that will download a PDF file of the ticket order (if a change has been made since time of purchase, it will download with the new information).
A Print button allows for you to print a ticket order for an attendee.
A Resend button allows you to resend a ticket order by email. This is useful if you have made changes to the ticket holder names or changed the attendee's email address.
Office use-only notes (not visible to the Ticket Buyer or Ticket Holders).
An Issue Refund button to refund a full or partial ticket purchase.
