Event Portal: Update Your ClearEvent Account Profile

Learn how to edit your ClearEvent Account profile like your name, address and email to ensure events have your latest contact details.

At any time, you can change the user profile information that is stored in your ClearEvent Account. Your user profile information is shared with events that you attend or participate in on the ClearEvent platform. Information you can update includes:

  • First & Last Name

  • Phone numbers

  • Address information

  • Email address

  • Password

Keeping your ClearEvent Account profile updated will ensure that events you attend have the latest information and can contact you with important event details.

NOTE: Your email address is also used as your username to access the ClearEvent system. If you change your email address, your username will also be updated.

How to update your ClearEvent Account Profile

  1. Click on the Menu button (top right) and select My Account from the menu. 

  2. From the My account settings window. 

  3. Select the tab containing the information you wish to change (e.g. "Profile", "Address", "Email", or "Password" tab. 

  4. Enter the new details.

  5. Click Save when done.

That's it! The profile updates associated with your ClearEvent Account will be saved and all events you're participating in will now have access to the latest profile details.
