If the credit card your event plan uses has changed or has expired, you'll need to update your billing details with ClearEvent to ensure that you can continue to access your event through the ClearEvent platform.ย
To update your credit card billing details:
Go to https://app.clearevent.com to open the My Events list.
Click the Mange Event (Gears) button to open the Event Manager App for the desired event.
In the Event Setup section > Billing tab, scroll down until you see the Credit Card Information section.
Click the Update Card Details button (you will be taken to a Stripe checkout session to update your card details).
Enter the new credit card and billing details and click the Save button.
