Smart Budget Line Items in the Expenses section of the Budget to track Service Charges incurred by the Event for Online Payment Processing

Whenever you add a payment or fee to any of your forms, Smart Budget Line Item(s) are automatically added to your Budget, that may include a corresponding line for Standard, Early or Late fees in the Revenue section of your Budget.    In addition to these Revenue items, two Smart Budget Line Items have automatically been added to the Expenses section of your Budget.  Click here for more info on Smart Budget Line Items.

ClearEvent Service Charges - the Actuals side of this Smart Budget Line Item will show the Qty (number of charges), Unit Cost (average charge) and the Total of all ClearEvent Service Charges that are incurred by the event.  This does NOT include ClearEvent Services Charges from forms set to "Pass service charge to buyer".   Read more.

Stripe Processing Charges -  shows the Qty (number of charges), Unit Cost (average charge) and the Total of all Stripe Processing Charges that are incurred by the event.  Stripe Processing Charges can vary depending on a number of factors.  Read more.

Only the Budgeted Quantity & Unit Cost on Smart Budget Line Items can be edited by users.
