Participants will see all public schedules that the event team has shared with them. To see private schedules, visitors must have registered for the event and be signed in to the Event Portal. Visitors that have not signed in, will not see private schedules.
Viewing Schedule Details
Clicking on a schedule opens the schedule and displays the details of the schedule.
Adding Schedule Items to your Calendar
Clicking on the calendar icon will add the schedule item to the calendar of your choice (either Google, Outlook or a custom calendar).
