Learn how adjust notification preferences when registrations are received.

It's certainly exciting to see registrations start pouring in for your event! By default, ClearEvent sends registration notifications via email whenever a new registration is received.

When a new registration is received, Event Managers on your team will receive an email notification. Only Event Managers in one of the following roles will receive this email: 

  • Event Owner

  • Event Admin

  • Registration Manager

  • Budget Manager

You can control when registration notifications are sent on a form-by-form basis. For some events with a large number of registrants, enabling notifications may send an overwhelming number of emails. The good news is that you can turn off notifications if you don't need them. 

How to turn off registration notifications

  1. Go to the Event Manager App > Registration section > Forms tab.

  2. Edit the desired registration form that you would like to turn off notifications for.

  3. On the Settings tab, uncheck the Send Notification checkbox. This will turn off notifications:
