It's certainly exciting to see registrations start pouring in for your event! By default, ClearEvent sends registration notifications via email whenever a new registration is received.

You can control who receives registration notification emails on a form-by-form basis. This allows for granular notification workflows for larger teams and events.

How to turn on registration notifications

To enable registration notification for a specific registration form:

  1. Go to the Event Manager App > Registration section > Forms tab.

  2. Edit the desired registration form that you would like to enable registration notifications for.

  3. On the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and check the Send Notification setting.

  4. Enter a list of up to 6 unique email addresses that you would like registration notifications to be sent to. Should you need more than 6 emails, consider creating dedicated email distribution lists through you email service provider.

  5. Click the Save button to save your changes.

How to turn off registration notifications

For some events with a large number of registrants, enabling notifications may send an overwhelming number of emails. Fortunately, you can turn off notifications if you don't need them.

  1. Go to the Event Manager App > Registration section > Forms tab.

  2. Edit the desired registration form that you would like to turn off notifications for.

  3. On the Settings tab, uncheck the Send Notification checkbox. This will turn off notifications.
