Use the Ticket Status Widget to track ticket sales progress.

The Ticket Status Widget helps to track real-time ticket sales for your event.

Each ticket is listed by Ticket Type. Hover your mouse cursor over each progress bar for a ticket to see a tooltip containing the current number of tickets sold, target sales number, and capacity.

Clicking on any of the individual Ticket Type progress bars will drill down to a listing of tickets for the selected Ticket Type.

  • Current: The total number of tickets sold.

  • Target: The ticket sales target for the given Ticket Type. No value will be shown here if there is no target set.

  • Capacity: The total ticket sales allowed for the given Ticket Type. No value will be shown here if there is no capacity set.

At the bottom of the Ticket Status widget is the All line which summarizes the total number of tickets sold.

Changing the Capacity and Target for a Ticket Type

When one of your ticket types sells out you'll see a "Capacity Reached" label. If needed you can adjust the available quantity for the ticket type by editing the Ticket using the Event Manager App and adjusting the Capacity value.
