It's very easy to change colors for the Event Portal.

You can change the following colors used throughout the Event Portal:

  • Header text color
  • Primary Accent color
  • Secondary Accent color

Each color is changed by selecting a new color from the color picker adjacent to the color name see image below.

Note: We recommend avoiding using red as a primary or secondary accent color, since the system already uses the color red to display error messages. Using a similar red color can make it difficult to notice error messages.

Header text color

Controls text color of text appearing over the banner image in both the Event Portal. Hit Apply to see the colors on the preview of the Portal. Hit Save to save your selection and apply it to your Event Portal.

People will view your Event Portal on many different sized screens. ClearEvent utilizes responsive designs meaning the image will adjust according to the size of the screen it is viewed on. This can have the effect of moving different parts of the image under the text. Make sure to choose a color that contrasts well with all parts of the banner image, not just the parts near or under the text as shown on the preview image.
