The number of sponsors that you can display on the Event Portal is limited in ClearEvent by your event subscription plan. These plan limitations restrict the number of Sponsors that can be added to the banner and slider shown throughout the Event Portal and if they show up on the Sponsor Page (if enabled).

What happens when you reach your plan limit?
A banner describing these limitations for your event's subscription plan will be shown on the Sponsors section. This banner will show the number of Published and Remaining Sponsors for your current subscription plan. As your event approaches the sponsor plan limits, you'll see an "UPGRADE" link which will allow you to upgrade to a higher paid plan that enables more sponsors to be published.
If the user is not an Event Owner an upgrade message is shown to contact the Event Owner.
