If the credit card your event plan uses have changed or have expired, you'll need to update your billing details with ClearEvent to ensure that you can continue to access your event through the ClearEvent platform.
To update your credit card billing details:
- Go to https://app.clearevent.com to open the My Events list.
- Click the Manage button for the event you need to update the billing information for.
- In the Event Setup section > Billing tab, scroll down until you see the Credit Card Information section.
- Click the Update button.
- In the Update Credit Card dialog window, enter the new credit card details and click the Update button.
