Early fees & Late fees

Provide alternative pricing for Early-birds or Latecomers

Updated over a week ago

Setting early and late fee pricing on a registration fee is a great way to incentivize registrants to sign up early for your event to avoid paying higher prices as your event approaches. This benefits your event by increasing your early cashflow.

If a registration form is enabled to allow payments, you can configure the form to automatically offer early, regular, and late pricing to registrants.

Enable Early Pricing

  • Open the Event Manager App > Registration section > Forms tab > edit a form > Fees tab.

  • Ensure Enable Fees is checked to allow your form to accept payments.

  • Check the Early Pricing checkbox and enter the date before which early pricing should be applied. The Early Price you set for the fee will be available from the date/time the form opens, until this date/time.

  • In the Add Fees section, click +Add to add a new fee.

  • Fill in the Early Fee and Regular Fee fields.

Enable Late Pricing

  • Open the Event Manager App > Registration section > Forms tab > edit a form > Fees tab.

  • Ensure Enable Fees is checked to allow your form to accept payments.

  • Check the Late Pricing checkbox and enter the date after which late pricing should be applied.

  • In the Add Fees section, click +Add to add a new fee.

  • Fill in the Early Fee and Regular Fee fields.

When early and late pricing is enabled for a given form, early and late pricing must be provided for each Fee that you add to that form.
